I am a compassionate, approachable, thoughtful, engaging, knowledgeable nutrition professional. In the past 11 years, I have counseled thousands of clients to success, provided culturally relevant speaking engagements for faith-based organizations, Haitian communities, TV and radio stations.

After graduating from Broward College with an Associate Degree in Biology, with the intention to attend Medical School. I enrolled in a nutrition course at Florida International University, I immediately fell in love with the field, I changed my major to Dietetics and Nutrition.

Upon graduating in 2009, I began working with the Florida Department of Health in Broward County, I was a student intern there, became a Senior Clerk, then a Nutrition Educator. I was accepted into the Pasco County Dietetic Internship, upon successful completion of the RD examination, I served as Public Health Nutritionist then Public Health Nutrition Supervisor at one of 7 WIC clinics in Broward county.

I completed a Masters in Public Health from Benedictine University with a concentration in Health Education and Promotion. I had worked as a consultant Dietitian in the Chicagoland area in long-term care facilities specifically renal (dialysis) clients. I am currently in private practice serving the Haitian community, working closely with women helping them take control of their health to have the energy to do the things they love.

I am happily married to Frantz Francisque, a board-certified physician. We have three children. Together, we have lived in 5 states in the past 7 years. I love spending time with my family. My favorite hobby is singing, I also enjoy reading, photography, traveling, sewing, arts, and crafts projects.
